What began as a group of friends—most of whom were born and raised in Indonesia—has grown into a shared mission to bring authentic Indonesian cuisine to the Netherlands. Like many Indonesians living abroad, the founders missed the comforting flavors of home. Fortunately, the Netherlands offers access to many of the ingredients essential to Indonesian cooking, a legacy of the two countries’ shared history. Inspired by this opportunity, they are passionate about sharing the rich flavors, traditions, and cherished memories of Indonesian cuisine with a wider audience.
