When You See Me Again, It Won’t Be Me – Act 1 (2019)
The Grey Space introduced itself for the first time on the 28th of June 2019 with the first act of a symposium, in which the aim was to not only share, but to also facilitate (social) revelation by stimulating the most powerful characteristic of mankind: imagination. The multi-sensory and performative event embraced artistic installations, conversations, a dinner and a performance program.

Lyndsey Housden gave a performance in collaboration with composer Ryan Teague and writer and spoken word artist Emily Besa.

David Abbink (professor in Haptic Human-Robot Interaction at the Department of Cognitive Robotics and head of the Delft Haptics Lab, Delft University of Technology) gave a lecture on perception and Haptic Human-Robot interaction, followed by a discussion moderated by Marijn de Langen (performing arts theorist and historian within diverse Dutch art educational institutions).
