Dinner Session: Camilla Casiccia + Minim

Inspired by artist Gordon Matta-Clark’s restaurant FOOD, which existed in the 1970s in New York, The Grey Space invites people to come and cook affordable meals as an artistic and social expression during our weekly Dinner Sessions. DJs will guide the evening musically and make you dance after dinner.

This Sunday’s Dinner Session Camilla Casiccia prepares dinner, while Minim is responsible for the tunes.

Camilla will prepare a delicious Pasta Fredda. And for dessert we will have tasty avocado brownies.

After a bachelor in Design at NABA, Milan, and a master in Interior Architecture at the KABK, The Hague, Camilla Casiccia began her career in an architectural studio where for 5 years she focused primarily on the renovations of public building spaces, especially universities and offices. After that time, she decided to open her own business; CACAO Camilla Casiccia Office, conveniently located above The Grey Space. She expanded her creativity in the field of architecture, spatial design and products, working primarily in the hospitality sector. She believes well designed spaces are created by authentic compositions, the use of responsible materials and leaving memorable experiences.

The Hague based multidisciplinary artist Minim is one of the founders of female led collaboration platform Streamline. You might also recognise her as one of the friendly faces behind our bar. Her sets reflects upon a introspective feeling, taking you on a journey of exploration, setting ambience, hypnotic meditative indigenous sounds traveling through different genres, from the essentials of electronic sounds to keep the body moving, breaking beats into the flow of some heavy club material.
