With Sonic Waves, INDEx creates an intimate setting for outlier electronic music, with listening at its core.
INDEx is a collective of artists, DJs, and promoters that foster alternative electronic music. They organise live events, host radio shows, and curate mixes and live sets. With the Sonic Waves events, INDEx aims to create a space where sharing a common interest in music is the primary goal.
Formerly known as FLUQS, is a sound artist, electronic music producer and video artist based in The Hague. For Sonic Waves he will perform a live audio/visual set with abstract, fast moving images situated on the border between noise and structure, 2D and 3D, the abstract and the associative.
Alias of Solomon Rosenthal is a Los Angeles based audio, visual, and software designer. Their most recent full length release, Pattern Language, was released on the esteemed Touched Music Imprint along the likes of innovators Autechre and Plaid.
One of the founders of The Hague’s Onderwereld collective and is a member of Urban Space Electronics. With a keen ear for spaced out electronics Zembl4’s blends create wormholes, inviting the audience to travel through faraway spots in the universe or their minds.
Support for this event will be done by dj’s Backspace, Foresense, Edward J, Dayo and MSZ (aka Moosz) who will showcase their finest tracks for your listening pleasure.
