[canceled] MOVE!
Hosted by: thespectrum.space via De Haagse Popweek.
Unfortunately this event has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
On the occasion of Haagse Popweek, thespectrum.space invites you to its next edition of MOVE!
This time with a sonic journey of live-emulated sounds and visuals that blend the boundaries between concert, club night, and gallery. Indulge yourself in a sonic world together with multidisciplinary artist Rik Möhlmann aka Piyojo and DJ Zachte Man.
Knowing each other from the past, DJ Zachte Man and Piyojo worked together a lot during the four-year lifespan of the artist-run nightclub De GYM in the city center of Groningen. This period was best described as a time full of nightlife experimentation in which the foundations were laid for what is now a vibrant nightclub called OOST.
In their musical approaches, DJ Zachte Man and Piyojo have interesting overlaps and contrasts, so instead of two separate concerts, you can expect an interesting dynamic between the two. This sonic exploration is accompanied by quick, hands-on visuals by light wizard Luca Tornato Serafini, who will bring in his magic.
The Grey Space opens at 17.00.
MOVE! starts at 21.00.
Tickets: €7,00 (presale + door).
Each edition of MOVE! gives a stage to emerging talents of the electronic music scene of The Hague and beyond. An evening for the culture to experiment and come together and dance.
The Haagse Popweek is on from Friday, October 14th to Saturday, October 22nd, and during these 9 days, The Hague will be dedicated entirely to (pop) music, focusing on music and musicians from The Hague. The Hague is again bursting at the seams as local pop music takes center stage with performances, workshops, demo panels, talent evenings, speed dates with music professionals from The Hague Pop Awards, and much more. For anyone who has anything to do with music, this is the opportunity to learn, network and of course, enjoy everything The Hague has to offer musically. With a fine selection of almost 200 bands and acts at no less than 34 venues, this year’s Haagse Popweek is bigger than ever!
