Minimal electronic punk duo Mye_Taai will be delivering a bracing dose of reality in grim rants during the Haagse Popweek. Mike is responsible for the words and Rik spins and mixes the nimble beats and samples live.
Telling stories about politics, injustice, austerity, today’s real working life, capitalism, society, and the art/music culture through dialogues and rants filled with embittered observations, with mordacity and a right laugh.

The Haagse Popweek is on from Friday, October 14th to Saturday, October 22nd, and during these 9 days, The Hague will be dedicated entirely to (pop) music, focusing on music and musicians from The Hague. The Hague is again bursting at the seams as local pop music takes center stage with performances, workshops, demo panels, talent evenings, speed dates with music professionals from The Hague Pop Awards, and much more. For anyone who has anything to do with music, this is the opportunity to learn, network and of course, enjoy everything The Hague has to offer musically. With a fine selection of almost 200 bands and acts at no less than 34 venues, this year’s Haagse Popweek is bigger than ever!
