Luc shares his love for produce and cooking, serving you summer on a plate. He wishes to excite you with a seasonal 4-course meal full of new flavors, and to hopefully inspire you to experiment and try new things for yourself.

Blessed with a mom who was a very good cook, he has always loved food and trying new things. During his studies, Luc took the opportunity to work in restaurants like Basaal.


Start your meal with a refreshing first course featuring the combination of tomatoes, fennel, and a hint of vanilla. Then, move on to the second course and savor the flavors of ravioli, artichoke, and mint. For the third course, indulge in the satisfying blend of cabbage, eggplant, and lentils, offering a hearty and comforting dish. Finally, treat your taste buds to a sweet finale with the fourth course, showcasing the flavors of mango, gooseberry, and elderflower.

Het Initiatief

From July 10th to July 16th, Het Initiatief takes over The Grey Space’s kitchen for a week of experimental cooking. 

This project was launched by Mees and Kirsten to take their love for testing new dinner ideas beyond their home and into a more upscale setting. Offering a variety of experimental dinner concepts, they welcome guest home chefs to cook and host an evening with them.
