Multi-instrumentalist Graeme James will present his new album ‘Seasons’ in the basement of The Grey Space. Amsterdam-based singer-songwriter Max Poolman will be opening the night.

Though he is now based in the Netherlands, Graeme James spent the last number of years building a large and loyal fan base throughout his native New Zealand and beyond with his carefully crafted multi-instrumental soundscapes. His captivating and dynamic live shows are performed as a one-man band with the aid of a loop pedal to layer violin, guitar, bass, baritone ukulele, banjo, mandolin, accordion, harmonica and percussion.
Graeme plays a dizzying array of instruments on his new album Seasons (out April 1) — just as he did on his previous albums. He’s been a one-man band since he started his career as a busker in his native New Zealand, and still uses his trusty loop pedal to create his own mini-orchestra when he performs live.

Amsterdam-based singer-songwriter Max Poolman will be opening the night. Poolman makes Americana with folk, country and southern rock influences. Poolman drags you along during his live performances with his raw voice and intimate, personal songs full of folklore.
