The Association for Black Art_ists is an initiative working to support black artists and cultural producers in Europe. The collective artistic project ‘Black Hair in The Hague: Conversations on the Lockdown’ is organized in collaboration with the Afro Student Association.
In addition to the ongoing exhibition there will be a celebratory evening with DJs and a safer space program including film screenings and workshops for black artists and cultural producers (invite-only).
The collective artistic project ‘Black Hair in The Hague: Conversations on the Lockdown’ is presented as an exhibition capturing some of the experiences of young black people in The Hague during the lockdown period in 2020.

On Friday there will be a celebratory evening with drinks and DJs (t.b.a.)! Entrance is free, but registration is necessary. Sign up to join the celebratory evening on Friday November 12th from 17.00-22.00.
