Trang Hà (1996, VN/NL) is a designer and artist based in The Hague. She is currently sustaining and merging two fields of interest: food and graphic design. Trang combines her skills to sketch out new methods to perceive, understand, collect, harvest, transform and consume food. By doing so, she wishes to stimulate thoughts and actions. Trang Hà finished her BA in Graphic Design in 2020 at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague.
Jelle van den Brink (1999, NL) is a student of music and architecture. As both a cook and an instrument maker, he enjoys the transformation of raw material into new forms and is always curious about finding new methods to do so.
The concept of our Dinners Sessions is inspired by Gordon Matta-Clarks’ artist-run restaurant FOOD, a project founded in New York in the 1970s. We encourage anyone with an interest in food and a talent for hosting to apply to our Dinner Session’s ongoing Open Call. Not as an exclusionary process; any person who believes they can fill around 30 stomachs, is welcome as chef for the night.
