Food for Thought is a collection of events crafted to assemble a distinctive culinary milieu for each edition. Selected artists use food to create an interactive and creative dining experience.
Diverging from our regular Dinner Sessions, this performative dinner series empowers selected artists to redefine the boundaries of food as an artistic medium. Blurring the lines between culinary and artistic expression, this flavorful exploration converts food to a canvas for creativity and connection.

In 2023, several editions of Food for Thought took place, each with a different guest chef. Our chefs were: Mattia Papp, Laila Snevele and Emre Özakat, Trang Hà. More editions are coming in the Fall.
