Unexplained Media debuts its first series of video interviews, featuring various actors within the local and cultural scene. Listen to in-depth conversations that delve into the interviewee’s perspectives on their lived experiences and art, and how the two intersect.
Following the exhibition, discover independent record label Mink Record’s latest signing: Illnoledge. The sibling duo offer an exclusive performance alongside Roots Dawta (DJ) and Ital Momma (MC), who deliver a remarkable blend of roots reggae music and uplifting chants. More music follows presented by talented DJ and producer Retromigration. With a style that draws from the likes of Jazz, Hip-Hop, and House music, his productions have made a significant impact and have captured the hearts of music lovers everywhere.

Unexplained media was borne out of the desire to create a platform emphasizing the diversity of creators, makers and thinkers within the arts, and their practices. Seeking to go beyond Eurocentric views, the accent is put on the variety of mediums and voices.
Mink Records is an independent record label with strong ties to The Netherlands and U.K. attributing great importance to live and recorded music. Inspired by a whole range of musical genres, from classical to jazz, old school hip–hop to punk, from folk to indie, from non-western music to psychedelic rock, Mink Records treasures the community building up during their nocturnal gatherings.
