Adored and revered platform Discoteca Amore turns up caliente for our second season of Scenius with 20 Uñas, Eurowitch & Dey.Rey.
Italian artist, researcher and community builder Federica Notari takes on the curation of three instalments of Scenius. Together with fellow artist Elena Genesio, Notari initiated curatorial platform Discoteca Amore as a natural extension of their longstanding friendship and collaboration. Making ceilings drip since 2019, their seductive club nights claimed rapid recognition as a local favourite, hosting at Het Magazijn and our basement. And now, they’re set to return for Scenius as our resident.

The weekly club concept is inspired by the term scenius with which Brian Eno describes the creative intelligence of a community. A myriad of music initiatives with an interest in community building are offered a three-month residency, inviting them to expand their scene. Scenius aims to be an accessible and eclectic club experience where you can hang out, listen and dance.
