PrinsjesNach 2025
Hosted by PrinsjesNach
On the eve of Prinsjesdag, The Hague turns into one big musical playground.
PrinsjesNach is a free city-wide pub crawl with live music, spread across almost 30 bars, cafés and surprising spots in the city center.
Expect an eclectic mix — from indie pop and jazz to spoken word, world music, some raw Hague rock and even classical music. Upcoming talent plays alongside familiar names, and the night ends with a legendary jam session at De Zwarte Ruiter — hosted by Grey Space familiars La Maquina.

It’s intimate, surprising and accessible: a local celebration of music and community, with a playful nod to the royal traditions of the next day.
PrinsjesNach is a non-profit foundation based in The Hague, initiated by Sarah de Bruijn, Michael Varekamp & Lucy Zuiderwijk. The festival is created in close collaboration with local venues, artists and cultural partners, aiming to spotlight the city’s vibrant music scene in an open and accessible way.
The foundation works with a small team and a network of volunteers, driven by one goal: turning the night before Prinsjesdag into a collective celebration of music, culture and community.
