Dinner at The Grey Space – Week 6
We can finally open our doors again! The coming weeks The Grey Space is open every Friday and Saturday from 17.00 until 22.00.
On Fridays we host Dinner Sessions where we invite local guest chefs and DJs to serve delicious meals and tunes. On Saturday we’re inviting artists and partners again to program the space whilst our chef Julien cooks up a warm, comforting soup. On both days our bar is open for you to enjoy tasty drinks while catching up with friends. We’re looking forward to welcoming you again!
This Friday we invite Harold de Bree to prepare a delicious, vegan two course meal.
DJ Some Saturn will provide the night with a musical outline.
Non other than The Hague based, well known artist Harold de Bree will be serving his food this Friday. Harold de Bree paints, builds installations and is a performance artist. His work contains social elements, and at the same time his objects radiate danger, are rough, heavy, ominous, dangerous and colossal. Through his travels he collected an archive of memories on dishes he consumed. Back in The Hague he tries to capture those memories and translates them into his recipes.
Harold will serve a radiating chicory bean pasta as a starter and a steaming mushroom stew as a main course with fresh fries and a salad.
Price: €15,-
Please note: in earlier plans it was Yannik Güldner who was going to cook this night. Unfortunately he can’t be there this Friday, but we’re sure he’ll be back to cook his delicious vegan food for all of us soon!
On Saturday we have invited our friends from Orisun Studio to take over the café space. They present vocalist and songwriter Hatoon while our chef Julien cooks up a warm, comforting Vietnamese pho soup.
Entrance is free, the soup costs €5,50. No reservations required.
