At The Grey Space, we want everyone to feel safe, welcome, and respected. This space belongs to the whole community, and it only works when we look out for one another.
Respect everyone.

See something, say something.
If you witness or experience inappropriate behavior, please tell a staff member immediately. If the situation involves a staff member, find another staff member to report to. Don’t hesitate, we are here for you, and your voice matters.

Our staff is here for your safety.
Our team is trained to maintain a safe environment for everyone. If necessary, we may involve external support such as police or emergency responders. Floor managers, who wear neon yellow armbands, are your first point of contact.

Respect the neighbourhood.
The Grey Space is part of a wider community. Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum when arriving, leaving, or smoking outside.

Shared public space.
Our terrace is open to the public, and you may encounter many different people there, including those experiencing homelessness. If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, let a staff member know immediately.

Consequences.
Breaking this Code of Conduct has consequences. Depending on the situation, this can mean a warning, removal from the venue, a temporary or permanent ban, or involvement of the authorities.

House Rules

Welcome to The Grey Space,

This is our second home. We want to keep it as open and welcoming as possible — a place where everyone can feel safe, seen, and supported. So please, look out for one another.

This space is all about community.

  • If you feel a connection with someone, make sure they feel the same. Ask first. Consent is sexy.
  • Our trained staff is here for you. Trust your gut. If something feels off, speak up.
Floor Managers wear neon yellow armbands.
  • All toilets are gender-neutral: use whichever feels right for you.
  • We aim to be as inclusive as possible. If you’re not able to take the stairs to the basement, please ask a floor manager to show you the elevator.

In the club, we all fam!

The 5 Rules

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Keep it safe, keep it fun.
  • Look after each other. We’re family here.
  • Respect our neighbors.
  • Drink in moderation. Don’t overdo it.
  • Have fun! Enjoy the space and each other to the fullest.
