Prior to his production workshop-game that day, Andrzej Konieczny will give a live presentation demonstrating his creative approaches to music-making. About

Andrzej Konieczny is a drummer, composer, producer, and multimedia artist working at the intersection of music, performance, and technology. He holds a PhD in Composition from the Academy of Music in Poznań and completed a Master of ArtScience at the Royal Academy of Art (KABK) in The Hague. He combines live drumming with electronic approaches, creating a sound that spans experimental and electro-acoustic music. He is a member of the quartet Siema Ziemia, where his work fuses jazz improvisation, breakbeat, and electronic sound. Konieczny has received several major awards, including Fryderyks (the Polish equivalent of the Grammy Awards) for Taxi album with Łona and Kacper Krupa.
