Beyond the Bracket Dinner Session
Presented by The Grey Space
The dinner session offers a commitment to a day of wellness, with space to reconnect with your body, relax and share experiences guided by Pandita Shamma.
Pandita explains how everyday tensions and habits deeply affect our overall well-being. The spiritual practices of yoga not only foster a better understanding of the self but also offer healing benefits over time. Through clear explanation and demonstration, this experienced teacher makes the practice accessible to all levels.
The second part of the day is the dinner session, which builds on the relaxed energy cultivated earlier. The food is not only nourishing for the gut but also incorporates traditional medicinal herbs and practices. Each ingredient and its benefits will be explained, allowing guests to take what they’ve learned about spiritual and medicinal healing and apply it in their daily lives.

Beyond the Brackets was born from the passion of our internal team, this initiative is about creating something special for the alternative community in The Hague and beyond, offering a consistent space for connection. A place where everyone who resonates with The Grey Space can come together, feel at home, and build something meaningful.
As part of this vision, we’re bringing back monthly dinner sessions. Some of you might remember the days when The Grey Space hosted weekly Dinner Sessions, communal dinners where rotating chefs and food enthusiasts prepared affordable meals, all set to a DJ-curated soundtrack. It’s been a while since those gatherings, but Mila, a familiar face at The Grey Space, is bringing them back under Beyond the Brackets.
