Join But What About Sessions for an intimate evening of music, experimentation, and good company!

The But What About Sessions are designed to create a safe, creative space for curious musicians and listeners from and around The Hague. A place where you can meet each other, exchange ideas, try out new things and where unexpected collaborations can emerge.

Three groups will be presenting their work during this session. Rotterdam ImproVoices will open the evening with vocal improvisations inspired by artists such as Bobby McFerrin, WEBE3, and Musica do Círculo. Their music emerges from breath and from the present moment — an exercise in openness, trust, and harmony. And before you know it, you might find yourself singing along!

Ear the the Earth invites us into the sonic world of the desert monsoon. Together with cellist Antonio Dorado Salguero and violinist Ruth Mareen, we explore the sounds of this environment and transform natural materials and found-objects into musical instruments.

Remy Alexander will join (BWA) to try-out a few games from our show in development SHOWIESO. A musical game show in which the audience slowly becomes the contestants, directors, interns, or camera crew, until the show completely gets out of hand! How will it end?!
