Dinner Session: Marta Ceccarelli + Tonya Bialobrzeska

Sun 19 February
18.00–22.00

Grab a chair and join us for an inspiring evening carefully balancing delicious meals and enlightening conversations. Diverse menus prepared by talented guest chefs and new encounters with others, there’s always something new at our Dinner Sessions.

Inspired by Gordon Matta-Clark’s artist-run restaurant FOOD, which flourished in New York in the 1970s, The Grey Space invites artists and food enthusiasts to come and cook affordable meals as a form of artistic and social expression. Each Dinner Session is a unique experience, with a different guest chef preparing a special menu according to their own concept brought to our kitchen. Our Dinner Sessions, which surround communal dining, encourage people from all walks of life to connect with one another over a great meal and celebrate the joy of being together.

Cooking duo Marta Ceccarelli and Tonya Bialobrzeska, passionate about sharing their love for dining, come to our kitchen to experience cooking and dining beyond the restraints of a regular restaurant.

Menu

The dinner consists of a starter and a main, and a dessert. Commencing, Marta and Tonya prepare sourdough bruschetta with taleggio and leek. As a main, they cook dumplings with porcini, spelt groats and butter-whey sauce. For the (non-vegan) dessert, they serve choux with mascarpone and wiśniówka.
