Another week, another dinner session. thespectrum.space takes over the Dinner Session to offer you the perfect preparation for their event later that night.
Inspired by artist Gordon Matta-Clark’s restaurant FOOD, which existed in the 1970s in New York, The Grey Space invites people to come and cook affordable meals as an artistic and social expression during our weekly Dinner Sessions. DJs will guide the evening musically and make you dance after dinner.
thespectrum.space is a multidisciplinary platform designated to understand contemporary culture. They create spaces in the digital and the physical realm to explore, investigate and learn together.
After the Dinner Session you can continue the night with Move! LIVE, an music event hosted by thespectrum.space and Füzz.
Ariane Toussaint will prepare a delicious Spanish meal.
Starter: Pan con tomate. Toasted bread with tomato, garlic and olive oil.
Main: Alubias guisadas con sofrito de zanahoria y puerro. Slow-cooked bean stew, with a spicy base of leek and carrot.
Dessert: Arroz con leche con canela. Rice pudding with cinnamon.
