Dinner at The Grey Space – Week 5
We can finally open our doors again! The coming weeks The Grey Space is open every Friday and Saturday from 17.00 until 22.00.
On Fridays there are Dinner Sessions where we invite local guest chefs and DJs to serve delicious meals and tunes. On Saturday we’re inviting artists and partners again to program the space whilst our chef Julien cooks up a warm, comforting soup. On both days our bar is open for you to enjoy tasty drinks while catching up with friends. We’re looking forward to welcoming you again!
To start the year off good we invited guest chef Liselotte Bredius to cook a delicious local, seasonal, organic and vegan two-course dinner.
We invited DJ Andeweg to provide the night with a musical outline.
Every week Liselotte Bredius visits farms in the region, where she collects seasonal produce for Lekkernassûh which contributes to a fair and sustainable food chain in The Hague and organises markets where locals buy their vegetables.
As a chef Liselotte joined the sustainable platform Goed Eten, which offers sustainable, fresh and ready-made meals made by local chefs and prepared with local ingredients. Starting from March 1st they will use the kitchen of The Grey Space to prepare these meals and bring them to your home. Yum! 🙂
For main we’ll have a potato lasagna, stir-fried kale, pumpkin puree and hazelnut crumble served with homemade sourdough bread and olive oil and white balsamic. And for desert a tasting of vegan cakes or a choco beet brownie with pear compote.
On Saturday our chef Julien cooks up a warm, comforting soup. You’ll find D.Harvey.D behind the decks. No reservations required.
