Every Thursday The Grey Space collaborates with a guest chef to prepare an affordable meal (vegan and non-vegan). DJs will provide the evenings with a musical outline.
For the Thursday Dinner Session on 24 September we invited Hubert de Meij (Sunshine On A Plate). Hubert will prepare a three-course “Caribbean Flow” menu consisting of:
– Starter (vegan): Chef’s surprise.
– Main (fish): Lemon marinated oven baked codfish with coconut-polenta ball, okra vegetables mix, avocado paint and beetroot chips.
– Main (vegan): Lemon marinated oven baked tempeh with coconut-polenta ball, okra vegetables mix, avocado paint and beetroot chips.
– Dessert (vegan): Carrot cake with blood-orange granita and mint tuile.
DJ Rico Renaldo will take care of the musical vibe for this evening.
On this day you can experience installations by RNDR and WYSIWYG. After the dinner you can also attend the performance Veenfabriek in the Attic between 21-22h. Please note that the indoor cafe will be closed from 21h, the outdoor terrace will remain open.
Start dinner: 18:00h (cafe opened 16-21h, terrace opened 16-23h) .
